How it works

Fill in the details
Create a free account for your club, then add the date, venue, categories and entry fee. Save it as a draft until it is ready.

Submit for review
We check every event before it goes up, usually within two working days. If anything needs changing we tell you what.

Approved & live
We email you when your event is live. Archers enter online, and you follow entries and payments from your dashboard.
What you get
- An event page on atsbow.com/events with dates, venue, categories and fees, set up to show in Google.
- Online entries — one form for a single archer or a whole squad, with the divisions and classes you offer.
- UPI payments to your own account. Entrants pay you directly; you tick off payments in the entry list.
- Entry lists you can use — download Excel or CSV, or a file ready to import into Ianseo for scoring.
Questions
- Does it cost anything?
- No. Listing an event and taking entries is free.
- Who can list an event?
- Any archery club, academy, school or college, or district or state association in India.
- How long does approval take?
- Usually two working days. We email you as soon as it is decided.
- Can more than one person manage our events?
- Yes. Once you have an account, add your team from your club page.
